Chef Soren Christensen | Chef
Danish born and Atlanta bred, Soren Christensen brings his unique touch to the cuisine for Boxwood Grill. Hearty, familiar offerings are matched with humble yet sophisticated presentation. His achievements as executive sous chef at the Stonehedge Inn in Tyngsboro, a five star six diamond nationally recognized restaurant, earned him his Executive Chef position at Vincenzos restaurant in Chelmsford. There he ran a successful kitchen that allowed for their opening of a new restaurant in Andover. His most notable achievement is his work at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library where he oversaw daily dinning operations and was a key player in the execution of President Carter's official dinners for various dignitaries.

Rick Ryan | Assistant GM
With 20 years in the hospitality industry, Rick brings his talent and expertise to the day to day management of Boxwood Grill. He is a graduate of Newbury College with a BA in Culinary Management, and holds a degree in Pastry Arts. Rick has worked for many metro Boston establishments including; the Mermaid Café, and Margo Bistro in Boston’s financial district, the Aquitaine Group in Chestnut Hill, and Orinoco in Brookline Village. When time allows, Rick returns to Newbury College to teach courses in Fine Dining. A Native of Oklahoma, Rick upholds the spirit of southern hospitality and is responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for all our guests at Boxwood Grill.
